Quinton Quartel founded the FaST Academy and is the inventor of Fluid Scaling Technology (FaST). His career in software spans three continents and the same number of decades. An early adopter of agile software development, he saw the trends and industry change over the years. Understanding agile's strengths and limitations inspired him to create a method to overcome the limitations of its predecessors and stand on their shoulders to take agile to the next phase.
